trivera Blossom

Trivera Blossom was created for my friends at The Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma. We were given the incredible honor of working on their new Urban Camp and STEM facility, Camp Trivera, here in OKC that opened this month and in working with them I came to love the people and the organization. They are doing amazing things for girls and providing incredible inspiration, opportunities and experiences that will last a lifetime.

The materials for the piece came from cookie cartons and boxes, cookie order forms and most importantly the Girl Scout Badge Advancement Handbook.

I will not tell you how many cookies I ate while making this piece but I will say that you could count them by boxes and not individual cookies. It is important to connect with the piece as much as I can so eating lots of cookies was necessary to be able to complete the piece.
